Description

Particle tracking results demonstrating the mechanical properties of a 3D printed microscope stage, together with the Python scripts that performed the experiments and analysed the data to produce plots in the paper. Measurements were taken in the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge in 2015. Further details are provided in the paper. Also included are the STL files and OpenSCAD source files for the microscope design, though more up-to-date versions of these can be found at http://docubricks.com/projects/openflexure-microscope.

Version

Software / Usage instructions

HDF5 format used for all data Python used for all experiment and analysis scripts STL format used for 3D printable parts OpenSCAD format used as the parametric source files for the above STL files PDF instructions included. System requirements are further discussed in the README.txt files.
