Recto: letter in which the writer asks addressee to intervene with the sar ha-sarim to retrieve the estate of his nephew. The names ʿAyyāš al-Safāquṣī and Mevorakh b. Saʿadya are mentioned. Verso: accounts in a different hand.

Verso is written partially transversely and partially inverted in relation to recto.
