Abstract
Vasiliy reminisces about his grandmother: My grandmother used to hold her rosary and recite prayers. She also collected ankle bones after meals. She told me fairy tales and other interesting stories. Since I wanted to join other children who were playing on the street, I did not pay much attention to what she was saying to me. She would scold me: ‘If I die tomorrow, there will be noone around to tell you what I am telling you now’. I regret that I did not listen to her because I did not understand the importance of what she was trying to convey to me.
