Description
Theoretical structural model of the conserved catalytic domain of herpes simplex virus pUS3 serine/threonine kinase. Model was generated by TrRefineRosetta using the Robetta web server (https://robetta.bakerlab.org/) using the sequence of pUS3 from HSV-1 strain KOS (Uniprot ID H9E970) as a query sequence.
