Description

The original data files of the CL maps are found in the data folder. Each map can be opened using Hyperspy in Python. The TRCL files are found in the data folder, inside the TRCL folder. It can be opened using Origin Pro. In that same folder, the time evolution of the CL spectrum is also found. In the si folder (inside the data folder), there are some spreadsheets for the metadata of each scan and the CASINO simulation. In the scripts folder, there is a list of Jupyter Notebooks which show all the processing of the CL maps, as well as the fitting and the plotting methods.

Software / Usage instructions

All '.hspy' files can be opened with Python using the Hyperspy package. The '.ipynb' files can be opened using Jupyter Notebook or Jupyther Lab (in Python 3.7). All '.csv', '.acs', and '.xls' files can be opened with Python using the Pandas package. Some of the plot files '.opju' can be opened using Origin Pro. The '.cas' files can be opened using the simulation software CASINO v2.51.
