The effect of chemokine receptor coexpression on receptor activity modifying protein cell surface expression was assessed through flow cytometry using cell impermeable allophycocyanin-conjugated anti HA or anti FLAG antibodies. Data are the % cell surface expression of each receptor activity modifying protein compared to surface expression in the presence of calcitonin receptor like receptor (CLR).
