Description

Data associated with the aforementioned publication, including SEM, mechanical testing and SXRD data from I12 beam line at Diamond Light Source. SEM images use BSE contrast. Mechanical testing data was performed in stress control. SXRD data was acquired in transmission Debye Scherrer geometry. Detailed acquisition parameters are detailed in the methods section of the manuscript.

Software / Usage instructions

The .zip files can be unzipped to access the sXRD data. This is in xy format and can be opened in excel or alternative data processing software. The associated load data is in a .zip file for Linkam data. These are .txt files, which can be opened in a standard text editor. Temperature data is in the gda log which outputs directly from the synchrotron. All file types (with the exception of the tiff) can be opened with a standard text editor, in addition to other data processing software. The tiff can be opened with any image viewer. The codes relate to the experiment runs: - 110654 (Figure 4) - 110668 (Figure 9a) - 110681 (Figure 3) - 110716 (Figure 9b)
