This directory contains files needed to reproduce simulations from:
Diapycnal mixing in layered stratified plane Couette flow quantified in a tracer-based coordinate 

There are two base directories
for: contains the fortran source code for the DNS
start: contains initial conditions and input files for each of the simulations. Different initial conditions and parameter files are contained in separate directories labeled according to the run numbers as described in the text. The format of the initial conditions is HDF5 which is readable by the fortran code and by standard software (Matlab, python, etc.)
