To generate crack profile estimates from sample data:

Run the script "code_run_all_samples" with the image data in the same folder
and "code_crack_length_ejr_V1_3" also in the same folder.

To generate results for one crack:

Edit the script "code_crack_length_ejr_V1_3" to set "flagGetCalled = 0"

and run this script, manually selecting the rectangular area of interest.
