The compressed zip file is a repository of input files, output files and post-processing scripts required to re-produce the results and figures for the paper "Modelling Particle Mass and Particle Number Emissions during the Active Regeneration of Diesel Particulate Filters".

The "Simulation Data" folder contains input files, output files and post-processing scripts required to re-produce figure 3, 4, 5, 6, as well as supplementary figure S4 and S5 from the paper. 

The results can be reproduced by running the "Kinetics & SRM Engine Suite" (https://cmclinnovations.com) on each "WorkingDir" in the "Simulation Data" folder. The figures can be reproduced by running the ".m" scripts using Matlab (https://www.mathworks.com). The post-processing scripts will only work if the relative path between the script and the output data are the same as in the archive. 

A copy of the source code written as part of this project is provided in the "Source Code" folder.
