Bohndiek, PhD, Email: seb53@cam.ac.uk Associate or Co-investigator:Jonghee Yoon, PhD, Email: jy385@cam.ac.uk Description All data and codes related to this manuscript is generated using Matlab R2016b. The other data as .mat file format contain processed images each experiment. All Matlab codes is used to analyze hyperspectral images and draw corresponding figures. If you have any inquires of data, please contact to Dr.Jonghee Yoon (jy385@cam.ac.uk) or Dr.Sarah Bohndiek (seb53@cam.ac.uk) -------------------------- SHARING/ACCESS INFORMATION -------------------------- This dataset is distributed under a CC BY-NC-SA license, which specifies non-commercial usage. See: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/legalcode -------------------- DATA & FILE OVERVIEW -------------------- There are five folders that include experimental and simulation data related to this manuscript. Each folder contains data and analysis code. The analysis code is generated using Matlab R2016b. The codes would analyse data and create graphs and images used in the manuscript. -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- All experimental data is captured using hyperspectral endoscopy (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-09484-4) Chicken tissue was purchased from a local grocery market. Mice blood was collected from Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, according to the protocol. Simulation hyperspectral data was created based on experimentally measured spectral data.
