PARAMETERS subjID -- subject name session_code -- sessions are ordered such that a single week of testing might have codes 301-305 trial_within_session -- this counter starts from 1 at the beginning of each session; compare EpochTrial outcome -- 0 is no reward, 1 is reward selected_location -- -1 is left, 1 is right LogLatCorr -- the log10 of the latency to respond on correct trials in ms (so 3 equals 1000 ms equals 1 second) LogLatInc -- similarly on incorrect trials LogLatColl -- the log10 of the latency to collect the reward on correct trials LogLatResp -- response latency (whether correct or incorrect) condition -- drug condition (e.g. vehicle; BM is baclofen/muscimol) EpochTrial -- the trial within each drug condition, starting from 1 on the first session of reversal (or novel discrimination) EpochTrain -- number of correct in the last 30 trials, used to define EpochPhase EpochPhase -- 1 = perseverative/early phase (<11 correct out of 30 trials); 2 = random/mid phase (no bias); 3 = learning/late phase (>19 out of 30 trials) stimulus_left -- stimulus that was presented on the left side of the screen stimulus_right -- similarly for the right side of the screen selected_stimulus -- the stimulus that was selected on the particular trial
