A summary of the research data supporting "Validation of a desktop-type magnet providing a quasi-microgravity space in a room-temperature bore of a high-gradient trapped field magnet (HG-TFM)" The dataset related to this publication ("220307_K Takahashi et al_SUST Dataset.xlsx") can be opened in Microsoft Excel. The data that support the findings of this study are openly available at https://doi.org/10.17863/CAM.80920 [Sheet 1: Tables] This provides all of data summarized in table Ⅰ to table Ⅲ. ・The fitting parameters used for the present numetical simulation of bulk superconductors are presented in table Ⅰ. ・Measurement results of material properties of density, ρ_s, and the volume susceptibility, χ_s, as well as the calculated Bz·dBz/dz values, are summarized in table Ⅱ, which are compared with the experimental Bz·dBz/dz values from figure 6. ・Comparison of magnetic performance are shown in table Ⅲ, in terms of the trapped field, B_T, and magnetic field gradient product, Bz·dBz/dz, for each case of the HG-TFM and only the TFM, extracted from figure 7. [Sheet 2: Exp_Fig4] The plotted data from figure 4 is given here. This includes the typical experimental results of the cooling test, for which the temperatures were measured on the top surface of the HG-TFM, T_top, and under the cold stage, T_stage. Note that the magnetizing process is not yet included in this initial stage. [Sheet 3: Exp_Fig5] The plotted data from figure 5 is given here. This includes the time dependence of (a) the temperatures measured at each position, and (b) the external field, B_ex, and the magnetic field, Bz, during magnetization with an applied field, B_app = 8.60 T. [Sheet 4: Exp_Fig6] The plotted data from figure 6(a) is given here. This includes the magnetic field, Bz, and the magnetic field gradient product, Bz·dBz/dz, profiles measured by scanning a Hall probe inside the room-temperature bore of the HG-TFM along the z-direction after FCM from B_app = 8.60 T at 21 K. [Sheet 5: Sim_Fig7] The plotted data from figure 7 is given here. This includes the numerical results of (a) the magnetic field, Bz, and (b) the magnetic field gradient product, Bz·dBz/dz, profiles inside the bore of the HG-TFM (Sim._20 K) and the stacked-TFM (Sim._20 K_TFM) along the z-direction after FCM from B_app = 8.60 T at 20 K. This data was exported from the model in Photo-EDDY (Photon Ltd, Japan) - see manuscript for details. [Sheet 6: Sim_Fig8_HG-TFM] The plotted data from figure 8 is given here. This describes the numerical results of (a) the magnetic field, B_z, and (b) the magnetic field gradient product, Bz·dBz/dz, profiles inside the HG-TFM, after FCM from B_app = 8.60 T at 20 K. This data was exported from the model in Photo-EDDY (Photon Ltd, Japan) - see manuscript for details. [Sheet 7: Sim_Fig8_TFM] The plotted data from figure 8 is also given here as well. This describes the numerical results of (a) the magnetic field, B_z, and (b) the magnetic field gradient product, Bz·dBz/dz, profiles inside the stacked-TFM only, after FCM from B_app = 8.60 T at 20 K. This data was exported from the model in Photo-EDDY (Photon Ltd, Japan) - see manuscript for details.
