This is a repository of input files, output files and post-processing scripts required to re-produce the results and figures for the paper "Investigation of the impact of the configuration of exhaust after-treatment system for diesel engines".

The "Simulation Data" folder contains input files, output files and post-processing scripts required to re-produce figure 3-7, 9-14 from the paper. 

The results can be reproduced by running the "Kinetics & SRM Engine Suite" (https://cmclinnovations.com) with input files in the "Simulation Data" folder. The figures can be reproduced by running the "PostProcess.m" scripts using Matlab (https://www.mathworks.com). The post-processing scripts will only work if the relative path between the script and the output data are the same as in the archive.
