Description
197 x 146 mm. A posed view showing a group of approximately forty-five people, mainly men but with a few women and children, in front of the wall of a building. Many of the men are wearing ornately patterned robes and at least three are holding what appear to be musical instruments. One man, to the far right of the picture, is dressed in European-style clothing. It is assumed that Chief Amoah is seated in the centre of the photograph and is wearing a white head-dress. Photograph taken circa 1900.

The current recommendation prototype on the Apollo Repository will be turned off on 03 February 2023. Although the pilot has been fruitful for both parties, the service provider IKVA is focusing on horizon scanning products and so the recommender service can no longer be supported. We recognise the importance of recommender services in supporting research discovery and are evaluating offerings from other service providers.
