Recto: certificate concerning the sale of 95 moulds of kosher Sicilian cheese in rural Egypt, issued on 4th Marḥešvan 4975 (= October 1214 CE). Names mentioned are Farāji al-Kohen b. Joseph ha-Kohen, Abū l-Faraj b. Barakāt b. Sulaymān, Ṣadoq b. Samuel, the physician. Places mentioned are Sicily and No Amon (= Alexandria). Verso: accounts.
