The files uploaded here constitute all of experimental data and simulation parameters published in 10.1016/j.scriptamat.2015.05.025. The raw dm3 image files generated from the Titan microscope are available. The EELS data cube is also present, which was analysed using Hyperspy (www.hyperspy.org) and the procedure given in JMBFIG2.txt to extract the Ti edge (see FIG2-readme.txt for more information). Multi-slice ADF simulations were performed using the script given in JMBFIG3.txt (see FIG3-readme.txt) and the output images are given in the tif files.
