This dataset contains all of the supporting information pertaining to the reconstruction of the plastid proteome of the last common ancestor of all extant ochrophytes, including: - Complete lists of plastid-targeted proteins identified in the study - Phylogenetic trees inferred using the single-gene, concatenated and multigene alignments - All supplementary datasets referenced in the linked publication A "readme" file in the main directory provides information regarding the location of each file
