dc.description.abstractMazan Baatr was the protector of the poor against the lords and Cossacks. He was a man of great power. He could cut a horse rider together with the horse into two with his sword. Mazan Baatr participated in wars against the Crimean Tatars, Turks and Cossacks. He died in mysterious circumstances and his corpse was never found.
