Description
The Diablo input files required to re-run the simulations outlined in the journal article, and the numerical data required to recreate figures 1, 3 and 4 in the paper.

Software / Usage instructions
To re-run the simulations using the open source code Diablo (available at https://github.com/johnryantaylor/DIABLO), the file "user_rhs.f" must be added to the "for" directory in Diablo, and the appropriate forcing is then chosen by commenting out the appropriate section in this file. The remainder of the input files should then be put in the run directory. The figures can be recreated in MATLAB using the files in the "figure_data" directory.
