Description
This dataset contains the movies from the PhD thesis of Guy Pearson of the Reid Lab at the Cambridge Institute of Medical Research, University of Cambridge. The movies show microscopy data relevant to the thesis. In addition, a PDF document that provides the details of each movie is also provided.
Format
Movies were generated as .AVI files from the image processing software ImageJ. These were then converted into .MOV by QuickTime Pro 10 software. The PDF was generated using Microsoft Word 2016.
