Abstract

There is a current debate surrounding how to classify patients with pulmonary hypertension. The chronic thromboembolic disease is an important area of unmet need with no current treatments. We describe the first prospective cohort of patients and clarify that many of these patients have normal tests at rest despite suffering limitation affecting the quality of life. Clinical trials in this group of patients are needed.
