Description
This is an Excel workbook containing the data presented in the paper of the same title accepted for publication in the International Journal of Pharmaceutics. The data sets contain rheological measurements, extrusion pressure histories, pellet size distributions, and pellet shape distributions. The methods used to generate the data are provided in the associated paper. The project was funded by an EPSRC Dorothy Hodgkin studentship.

The data are in a Microsoft Excel workbook, created using MS Excel Office 2013. Data for each figure are presented in individual worksheets.
