Abstract

Every two years, Modern Studies in Property Law holds a three-day conference which aims to bring together scholars from the common law world to explore different aspects of “property”. The focus is clearly “property” in a broad sense, but there is much at the conference that concerns readers of this journal, both real property and equity. This year the conference was held at Bentham House, UCL Laws and the papers will be published in due course in the 12th edition of the MSPL collected essays series, this time edited by Sinead Agnew and Ben McFarlane. The conference was, as it always is, an inspiring event for those interested in property law scholarship and it brings together academics and practitioners to debate the old and the new.
