All data provided for the manuscript, this includes terahertz time-domain spectra over a range of temperature, mid-infrared FTIR spectra, DSC data and SEM images of microspheres used for drug delivery of protein drugs based on poly lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) formulations.
Any software can be used to read the data, all data is provided in raw form. The data files contained in this folder are .csv files provided in plain ASCII text format. The files are labelled by their TECHNIQUE_co-polymer ratio_peptide content_sample number as indicated in the original manuscript. For each sample measured we include terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) data of frequency versus absorption coefficient, AC (cm^-1), and frequency versus refractive index, RI. For each sample we also include the raw differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) data of heat flow (in W/g) versus temperature in Kelvin (and the temperature values in degrees celsius as obtained from the instrument). We include the original scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images, as shown in the manuscript, for each sample in uncompressed TIFF format. We also include the raw Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy data for the selected samples as reported in the manuscript.
