Description
This is dataset used to generate the figures contained in the associated publication. Data is related to the optical characterisation of light-emitters present in a number of GaN samples, which includes photoluminescence emission spectra and corresponding second-order autocorrelation measurements (g2) spectra. It is stored in excel spreadsheet format with descriptive headers on each sheet.
