Raw QNM, KPFM and KPFM data files supporting Self-assembly of collagen bundles and enhanced piezoelectricity induced by chemical crosslinking. KPFM and PFM files of insoluble and soluble collagen, as well as crosslinked collagen on ITO coated glass. QNM files on ITO substrates on thin borosilicate glass.
