Abstract
Khongor says that one of his uncles served in the Red Army. Khongor’s great-grandfather was killed by some people because of that uncle. Khongor’s two other uncles were Buddhist monks. Fearing for the safety of his family, Khongor’s father took them to another place to live. Seven generations of Khongor’s family are buried in the ancestral land in Gakhan Avgnr. Further, Khongor recounts his ancestors by their names.
