Abstract

Leonid talks about how Tsagan Sar was celebrated in his village in the past: In the past, on the day of Tsagan Sar, old people visited each other and uttered well-wishes. People took their clothes out, shook them off and hung them on the rope. After greeting each other, people asked, ‘Did you pass the winter without fodder well?’. Then they entered the house, prayed to gods, washed their hands and drank tea. When there were many old people here, the celebration lasted for 20 days.
