Description
This dataset contains Matlab figures corresponding to the figures in the article as well as instructions on how to extract specific data from these figures in Matlab environment. The data was obtained using Linseis Thin Film Analyser in August - November 2018 by Ekaterina Selezneva at the University of Cambridge within EPSRC CAM-IES project, Grant No. EP/P007767/1.
