At the man's right is a depiction of his own "bonus genius" (or, we may think, his guardian angel), leading him to Salvation and to Christ depicted as Salvator Mundi. The man is torn between this good angelic spirit and a devil at the bottom, trying to reach to the man's purse. Part of a series of print that possibly came from the workshop of Philip Galle.
