These data are optical measurements and finite element simulations of porous GaN distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs), as used in the submitted paper that they support. The data for Figure 5 are optical measurements, taken of porous GaN DBRs etched laterally. The data for Figures 6 and 7 are simulation results of porous GaN DBR structures modelled in COMSOL.
