These data are characterisations and photo(electro)chemical performance measurements of photocatalyst sheets, which integrate La and Rh-doped SrTiO3 and Mo-doped BiVO4 light absorbers modified by phosphonated Co(II) bis(terpyridine) and RuO2 catalysts onto a gold layer, as used in the submitted paper that they support. The data for Figure 1 and Figure S1 are scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy element mapping images for investigating the morphologies of the device. The data for Figures 2, 3, 4, S4, S5, S6, S7, S9, Table S3, and S4 are performance results of the device for photo(electro)chemical CO2 reduction reaction. The data for Figure 5 are the results of electrochemical measurements to confirm the O2-tolerance property of the Co cocatalyst. The data for Figure S2, S3, S8, S10, and S11 are characterisation results using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (Fig. S2), the attenuated total reflection infrared (Fig. S3), X-ray diffraction (Fig. S8), ultraviolet-visible (Fig. S10) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (Fig. S11) to investigate the physicochemical properties of the materials.en
