A set of Python notebooks to recreate the figures in our new publication. We also provide a Python script for applying the numerical method discussed in the paper.

Software / Usage instructions
The IPython notebooks can be run using a standard Python installation with the following packages: ipython, jupyter, numpy, h5py, pyfftw, matplotlib, cmocean. The notebooks themselves provide explanation as to what the code is doing.
The script 3D_APE.py relies on the same libraries as the notebooks.
