Description
The supporting data include microscopy images, quantitative analyses of images, and statistical analyses, for each figure presented in the linked paper. See the Readme.pdf file for a detailed description of the contents of each folder and for a list of file formats.
Format
Microscopy and image files can be opened with open source ImageJ: lsm, multilayer tif, png
Graphic files can be opened using a vector graphic or pdf reader: .ai, svg, pdf, eps
Slides can be opened using a Powerpoint read: pptx
Data files can be opened in Excel, or an Excel reader, csv files with a text reader: csv, xlsx
Statistical analyses: pzfx files opened by GraphPad Prism; sav files by SPSS
