Individual images of the manuscript are labelled according to the numbering scheme used in each sheet of the Microsoft Excel file.

The Microsoft Excel sheet contains the raw data used to generate the figures in the main text of the manuscript. Raw data is shown for each individual experiment showing the calculations of mean values obtained from the data, following the procedure outlined in the manuscript. The values of mean cell positions are shown. See the main manuscript for more details.
