Description
Two Illumina Single-End (50) read fastq files, gzip-compressed. “RNAseq.fq.gz” contains the results of sequencing a pooled RNA sample using the manufacturer’s Stranded TrueSeq protocol; “ncRNAseq.fq.gz” contains the results of sequencing the same sample using a modified protocol. A manuscript describing the modified RNA-seq method is to be submitted to BioTechniques shortly.
