Description
Data set includes ZIP files containing SEM data (DAT) files and .oip Aztec software operator files for all samples (As-DED-F) included in the study. When accessed in the Aztec file using the .oip file, the full SEM-EDS and SEM-EBSD data from the raw data (DAT) files for each sample can be viewed and manipulated. Please note that the sample names in Aztec may not match the final sample names in the paper or associated folder. Sample designations were changed after acquiring the data for the publication. This data was used in Figures 2 and 3 of the Data-in-Brief publication supporting the article: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0921509321010479

Software / Usage instructions
Aztec software required for viewing of the SEM-EDS data and SEM-EBSD data for each sample. When in the Aztec software open a .oip file in the sample folder. This will interface with the software and use the raw data (DAT) files to access the SEM-EDS and SEM-EBSD scan data.
