Abstract
A record 2.5 million people are now estimated to be living with cancer. With advances in treatment, more than half of this population has been living at least five years after diagnosis and a quarter beyond 10 years (see figure 1). The focus of care is increasingly shifting to support people not just through initial treatment but also with living with or beyond cancer.

The current recommendation prototype on the Apollo Repository will be turned off on 03 February 2023. Although the pilot has been fruitful for both parties, the service provider IKVA is focusing on horizon scanning products and so the recommender service can no longer be supported. We recognise the importance of recommender services in supporting research discovery and are evaluating offerings from other service providers.
