dc.description.abstractWe demonstrate resonant excitation of quantum emitters in gallium nitride (GaN). The emitters are stable under non-resonant excitation and exhibit nearly Fourier-transform-limited lines of ∼250 MHz under coherent excitation, the narrowest reported to date for GaN.
