Data associated with the aforementioned publication, including SEM, TEM and SXRD data from I12 beam line at Diamond Light Source. Acquisition parameters are detailed in the methods section of the manuscript.

Software / Usage instructions
SEM and TEM data (.tif files) can be opened with any image viewer. The .zip file contains all of the 1D SXRD patterns in .xy format, numbered in sequential order. These can be opened in software such as excel or can be opened using scripts in python. The associated temperature data is in the RTF document and can be correlated to the SXRD 1D datafiles. This can be opened in any text edit software.
