Description
This folder contains scripts used to implement the modelling, and data presented, in the manuscript entitled:
"Proscription supports robust perceptual integration by suppression in the human visual cortex"
by Reuben Rideaux and Andrew E. Welchman.
Scripts include "perceptual_rivalry_simulation.m", used to simulate the prosciptive integration model, and "perceptual_rivalry_simulation.m", used to implemenet the binocular rivalry simulations.
Data include processed and collated (human) psychophysical and magnetic resonance spectroscopy results. Some of the psychophysical data has been extracted from previous studies. Detailed descriptions of collection methods can be found in the methods of the associated publication.
