Description
Electrical and spectroscopy raw data for each figure, organised in sub-folders according to figures. Collected with the respective measurement instruments: source measure unit for electrical data and various spectrometers otherwise. Most files are Excel files and can be opened with Microsoft Excel. Some data, such as XRD refinement, were created with proprietary software. Files with ending opju can be opened with Origin, files with ending inp and xy can be opened with a basic text editor. png and jpg images can be opened with basic image viewers.
