Description

The dataset contains detailed optical simulation results supporting the development of a resonant cavity-enhanced perovskite photodetector, along with angular characterization of its experimental realization. It includes measurements obtained using an Agilent Cary 7000 universal measurement spectrometer, a Bentham PVE300 photovoltaic QE system, and several additional in-house setups. The Excel file is organized into tabs labeled 1c, 1d, … s15, corresponding to the figures in the manuscript and supplementary information. These tabs provide both simulation results and experimental data.
