Description

This dataset is associated with the following article: "The evolution of constitutively active humoral immune defenses in Drosophila populations under high parasite pressure".

This dataset includes analyses of an RNA sequencing study of the Drosophila melanogaster larval fat body transcriptome following selection and infection treatments with Leptopilina boulardi wasps.

Also provided are encapsulation rate analyses of outbred D. melanogaster larvae, hemocyte gene expression analysis, gene ontology enrichment analysis, and GFP fluorescence reporter analysis.

Software / Usage instructions
All data files and scripts can be downloaded as a packaged zip file. Unzip all data and scripts in the same folder to run code for reproducing figures and datasets. To run the “Fig5_upd3_SingleCell.R” file, the single cell RNAseq dataset from Leitão et al. 2020 elife needs to be downloaded and unzipped in the same folder. The single cell data file can be downloaded from the datasets associated with the publication on NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (accession: GSE148826).
