Description

This dataset contains GWAS summary statistics for proteomic age acceleration, derived from a study of 44,435 UK Biobank participants of European ancestry. The proteomic aging trait was modeled using an elastic net approach based on 1,459 plasma proteins measured via an antibody-based assay. Proteomic age acceleration, defined as the difference between predicted proteomic age and chronological age, was used as a proxy for biological aging.

GWAS was conducted using a linear mixed model in BOLT-LMM, adjusting for population structure, relatedness, study center, and data release. The analysis included 44,351 individuals and 25,647,815 SNPs, with 16,483,724 SNPs having a minor allele frequency (MAF) > 0.001.

A tab-delimited file containing one row per SNP, with columns including RSID, chromosome, position (GRCh37), allele frequencies, imputation quality, effect size estimates, standard errors, and association statistics from both linear regression and BOLT-LMM models.
