Description

Data repository for work contributing to the paper "Co-transcriptional production of programmable RNA condensates and synthetic organelles". The repository contains 24 ZIP archives and 1 README file describing the repository in detail. Epifluorescence timelapses, confocal micrographs and zoomed z-stacks data either reported in main text/SI or used for analysis are presented as pristine (no further processing) and displayed in TIFF format. Where single equatorial planes extracted from a z-stack were reported, entire pristine z-stacks are included. Depending on filesize, images might have been binned (specified in filename, e.g. "bin4x4"). For z-stacks data, images might have been binned (specified in filename, e.g. "bin2x2x2"). Gel images are included in a ZIP archive containing all (pristine and processed, i.e. inverted and/or rotation-corrected, gel images) reported in SI and used for analysis. Platereader fluorescence measurements were acquired using a BMG CLARIOstar Plus plate reader, data is presented in .csv format. Software / Usage instructions

Data is uploaded in zipped folders (compressed using 7-zip). .tiff files can be opened with any image-viewing software .csv files can be opened with spreadsheet readers or custom code .txt files can be opened with text editing or word processing software
