Abstract
Andrei is of the Malyi Tsatan clan. His co-villagers refer to him as a ‘descendant of the Kazakh’, for one of his ancestors lived in the land of the Kazakh people for 7 to 8 years where he got married to a local woman called Fatima. Later his ancestor returned to his native place and married a Kalmyk girl.
