Description
This data set contains extracted network parameters and scripts to reproduce the results demonstrated in the manuscript. Please refer to the paper, its supplemental materials, and the cited references for a full view on the experimental designs with which the data sets were acquired.
The data were acquired at the University of Cambridge CRUK Cambridge Institute between 2021 and 2023.

Software / Usage instructions
This folder is organised as follows
- data.rdata contains the data (id files, raw data) required for the different analyses and are loaded in each script
- functions.r contains functions that are loaded in each script,
- 1-F3c.r, 2-F5.r, ...: numbered R scripts allowing to reproduce results of interest (like Figure F3c of the manuscript, for example).
- folder pdf/: each script will save its output in this folder
- the R scripts 2-F4b+F4c.r and 2-F6+FS2.r require results stored under 5-Scores/out/ and 6-CelllineSimilarity/out/ and obtained by running the scripts 5-Scores/1-run.r and 6-CelllineSimilarity/1-run.r
.rdata contains all id files and raw data
.r contains the scripts required to reproduce the results of interest
