This document contains the raw input data used in computations; the results generated from such computations, and the dashboard visualizations of such results underpinning the associated conference paper. A MATLAB code provides the computational devices to implement the formulae presented in the paper, and to obtain the results outlined in the paper, and presented in the Excel files as well as in the Tableau dashboards.
